The most important thing that I like about BMS is that it provides a great opportunity for learning and development of professional and personal skills. Along with that the culture that has been inculcated in the company is a bonus to go to work every day.

Dislikes

Many of the meetings run late till night almost everyday to satisfy the time zone differences. However, we still need to go to office the next day earlier than usual to avoid traffic. It would be good if the number of working days can be adjusted throughout the month rather than throughout two weeks.

Work policy: 3 days in 1 week and 2 days in the 2nd week. Making it 5 days over 2 weeks

Compensation and benefits are quite good. The health related benefits are better than other employers.

Dislikes

There is no growth and learning as there is no career ladder. Employees in US treats Indians as slave and assign work that is of no visibility to us. They take credit of our work and show it on global portal. For future growth discussions managers comment on the current compensation and says we are paying you better so do what is assigned</mark>. Meetings are scheduled as per US time zone and we are expected to be in office as per India office hours. That is leading to stretch and there is no compensation for overtime. It used to be good when it was established in Hyderabad. Over the year work culture has gone to gutters.

Dislikes

Micro managers, office politics are next level. Salary is not competitive and HR’s lowball like crazy. Some people are getting promoted easily by influence but some good performers struggle. Don’t have transportation as well.
