Do not join this company after November 2024. They have gone against the medical transcription company employees welfare norms and ethics and have raised error weightage of Major Omission/Addition, Medical Error and Demographic Error from 1 to 2. Now even if you have maintained good accuracy above 99f5e4;">.5 for three weeks, one major error can pull you down and leave you with peanuts salary and entire month's effort can go waste</mark>. No matter how careful you are, you are bound to make error with the number of jobs you have to process per day here in this company to make good lines. Jobs are very small. Also you will need to work at least 10 hours to process minimum 1200 lines per day, maximum you can earn is 35,000 (peanuts in today's world)....Read More

It's a stable company for medical transcriptionists. Jobs are regular. Fixed salary with good incentives if you exceed target. The company has been bought by an MNC in Ireland, so there is very little chance of their UK projects drying up, so good job security for employees. Timings are very flexible. Unlike most MT companies, no pressure to do night shifts. Most of the audio files are of good quality and any experienced MT will have no issues processing them and reaching targets....Read More
