Lots change in last few years, the place turned to be horrible to work with ethics. They do not care for the employees, no meaning of permanent position here. They only care for incapable workers, no appraisal, too much workload pressure, poor behaviour from senior officials and office workers. Salary is good. But there have not any job security. Learning environment and work environment is excellent.

Dislikes

The behavior of Prof.R.D.Shukla(Dean of the institute) is too bad. There are no job security. He give the chance for job to his relative person after interview. He enforce to the teacher for sack or resign from this institute without any reason.
