While I really appreciate the opportunities at Chalo Mobility, one area that could improve is cross-team communication. At times, aligning across functions can be a bit challenging, but I see efforts being made to streamline processes, which is encouraging.

I was paid well & on time. Didn't face any issues regarding money. Took time to adjust but was having supportive colleagues. Just love your job, & you are good.

Dislikes

Struggled to get recognition/appreciation for the work done. Working on weekly offs may not be compensated. Sometimes, human factor gets ignored under work pressure.
