Low pay, already more working hours 10 hours, they create unexpected targets and blame recruiters if submissions isn't happening, constantly we have to be in call which creates very unhealthy for body too..in wfh they already demanding more than 12 hours.. senior recruiters torchers constantly, DMs also torchers . There submission portal is also very slow. NO WORKLIFE BALANCE. constantly bragging about senior managers worked till 10-11 in the night. To motivate. But not everyone is comfortable, brag about collabera is itself a dating platform, the thing is thay they make sure you have no social life apart from collabera...so people eventually Date inside the company. PEOPLE ALSO HAVE COMMINTMENTS APART FROM WORK.WHICH THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND.SATURDAY OFFICIALLY IT IS OFF BUT THEY MAKE YOU WORK FROM 9 A.M. TO 4.30 P.M. YOU ONLY GET 1 DAY FREE.. NEVER JOIN COLLABERA. work culture is better than anything here + for fresher this is the best platform to grow and to start your career if you want to jump in IT sector, people are very friendly and help each other in every stage + few activities to encourage the work, effort, + monthly appreciation that directly shows company/management have an eye on everyone's individual contribution towards the company growth.

If your local your work life balance will be quite good but if your someone who commute daily more than 40km will be very hectic but eventually when you see the results of your efforts you feel better and it push you to do more, but yes work life balance will be quite tough here

This company is for those who are ready to sacrifice their life, sleep, peace, mind. Management is pathetic. They will ask you to work 2 to 2.5 hrs extra everyday and if you ar enot able to meet the targets then you have to work on Saturday as well. No value for hardwork and dedication. They will only understand the word of numbers for them hardwork, sweat and zeal don't matter. Join only if you are ready to leave your peace,sleep, life, family and friends.
