Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive except old employee. The management is transparent. There is a good cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are liberal, appraisals are fair and they give good salary. They do not provide any bonus and perk.

Dislikes

There is a lot of policies and the management does not address our issues. Salary is not decent also career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting ! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a teste of different roles within the same team.

Work timings: Strict Timings 

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Had great experience to working with them I were only chef in complete group who had served complete oriental the country inn Jalandhar was first hotel in Punjab had served Japanese, Thai and Korian food I hadn’t worked longer was good experience

Dislikes

In period of mine there was biggest problem was internal communication between corporate and property due to creates lots of confusion in the operation

Work Details

I were joined inertial at Katra unit there was lots of loop and the production cost was more where we brought from 46% to 23% due to some reason I was moving back to Pune but them’s training manager Mr. Vijay Vajpayee shifted me to Jalandhar in Punjab

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
