Work Details
The job is quite interesting ! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a teste of different roles within the same team.

I were joined inertial at Katra unit there was lots of loop and the production cost was more where we brought from 46% to 23% due to some reason I was moving back to Pune but them’s training manager Mr. Vijay Vajpayee shifted me to Jalandhar in Punjab
