No job security, work culture is chaotic, management is very poor, company policies are as outdated as their softwares. Need to pay from your pocket for official expenses and stationary. Salary is delayed by months.

Dislikes

Lack of mannerisms and ethics by the fellow employees, long working hours and delay in salary.

The work is quite challenging. There was a struggle initially but it made me independent and helped me gain more knowledge.
