1.Everyone is good in behavior except Ops Team. 2. Good employees engagement activities. 3. Cultural values ++ 4. Partner Management AVP, GM, Manager also helpfull.

1. Work timing is exceeded without extra pay. 2. You can't freely spend your paid or non paid leave. Even you are hospitalized you will get call from delivery partners.
