Nothing to like about... everything is awful and disgusting from managers to TLs and then to senior employees and those oversmart juniors who don't know anything about coding but will pretend that they are gurus of medical coding

Everything,first those toxic managers, they will give you over targets which is of no use bcz they just don't really care about quality...they will make you to work on weekends also and even in such situations where you are severe ill..if you don't work or follow their instructions then those chaatu TLs will harass you call you and eventually complain to those horrible managers... quality is no where to be seen if you're fav chaatu employee of managers as even if you do error you will be saved by those team leaders ...in case you're not then those managers will torture you target you humiliate you and will make feel useless unworthy in your own eyes... please don't waste your life and time here.. better look for other opportunities in better companies in Kolkata for coding...they even don't teach to code icds in sequence or properly just imagine 🥲..that four digit code are useless when you go to better companies.....Read More

Hr is controlled by 2 manager and if they does not like you they target you and give mental pressure and the worst part is internal politics if you Licking their feet and the male TL who is a worst part of the company he needs every females are surrounded him and if someone are not around to him they give you worst client and that's how she/he could not complete the target.

This is a outsourcing company for medical coding projects.. So much politics in this company.. Whenever project manager want she can remove you from this company.. HR department also controlled by project manager .At first they hire you by 1 year contractual basis.. Then almost everyday you got threat and pressurised for spot resignation from the company .... Pathetic culture.. Have no job security.. Every 3 month gap they hire fresher candidate but within 1 year only 10% candidate remain this company. No work life balance.....Read More
