Only colleagues are much supportive and well behaved.

Dislikes

In terms of management/benefits/work culture are terrible pathetic and worst. They will make you work in Sundays and even on national holidays. No policy and ethics. Can deduct your salary even if you have CL/EL remaining. I worked in Coding section , the manager was so pathetic and ill-minded as well as no basic sense on how to talk with your fellow colleagues. Immense work pressure and the money they are paying is like they are commiserate to someone and as bad as the language from the managements also, you can"t even guess what is waiting , at the time of interview. My advice is don"t go or suggest this Datacore systems to anyone, ever. If you have CPC certification and want growth in Medical coding field, better join Sunknowledge / Medfin / Cognizant or go to Chennai/ Hyderabad. Appraisal ?? There nothing exist like that thing. Infact they made a lot of senior employees to resign by force saying they don't need manpower.. Politics is in worst level. No work-life balance. I wish i could have given ratings in negative!!...Read More

Gives opportunity to freshers to start their career.

Dislikes

Terrible infrastructure. Employees facing daily software issues. They don't even bother to solve the issues rather they pressurize towards production. Even the work load is not sufficient, they will keep forcing employees to do work and ask to compensate the work as well . Even on weekends, TL forces to work . Very bad work culture.

Toxic work environment Treats employees very badly Zero work life balance Had to work whole day and even after finishing daily target they would ask to work double shift for no reason and no extra pay Working weekends Manager was the worst... Loves embarrassing and bullying people in meetings and wouldn't even leave your family and personal life out of it.

This place possibly offers the best work environment. Weather you're fresher or experienced here seniors, leads and coworkers are very welcoming and helpful. They provide meals which is not very common for other offices.

Office politics, some peoples are bad, some project managers are very bad behavior, they don't give you CL or MEDICAL Leave... I only get 8 days holiday in my Whole 3 years of working in DCG DATACORE...
