Dislikes

No job guarantee. If no projects they will fire you after keeping you on bech for few months. The SAP Project is very very less. Successful Bidding % is very less. So you always be in insecure job mode

There is no hard core 9 hours working culture, if you are getting connected from office premises. There is no micromanaging on utilization of 9 hours per day.

Dislikes

Regarding SAP project vertical, very less projects are there to work, which creates uncertainty about your job always. Salary will be credited on 5th of every month. No opportunity to upgrade your skills as per market demand.

Work policy: Totally depend upon management decision. There is no specific policy. If management will not allow then you have to come to office daily.
