Work life balance They mostly work on Datorama which is not that great of a tool, but while selling it they sell it as if it's something revolutionary and magical when in reality it's not that good. All the workload then comes to the developers and we find it very tough to deliver what was promised. Whatever the client says, goes : They almost don't care for their developers. They make us do whatever the client tells them to Datorama and Salesforce: There will be no growth in your career if you are in the datorama team. You'll only work on that tool and nothing new. You'll be stuck in a loop and due to the work pressure you won't even find time to upskill yourself Please move out of the Salesforce ecosystem and try something else (like powerbi, sap, azure etc)...Read More
