Team mates are good. Only they help in learning. Also some of the immediate managers are good.

Senior Management plays with the career of mid management & others. Buttering and flattering can make people senior manager. No hierarchy is followed. Managers reporting to GM or AVP. Due to internal politics employees suffer. They are threatened to resign for no reason else given false reason of termination. No career growth or justified appraisal. No bonus in regional office. Bribe is very common here....Read More

The system is not at all helping to work with gaining experience, lots of internal politics by the head of department

Dislikes

The system is rediculous. Say something during interview and it happens something else. Create politics and make you in false pathetic positions. The hod comes late and even will wanting you to come late and if you come earlier they will sarcastically taunt for pressuring working till late if not than will pressure you with taunts and make it horrible to stay
