The Management is very nice, all are like family members. The environment is good and excellent place to learn each and every thing related to jewellery manufacturing.

Dislikes

There are restrictions related to wear jewellery but its there in all the others jewellery companies too. Personal mobiles are not allowed but it is because of the company cares about the jewellery brands whom they work with, company doesn't want to leak any designs and methodology.

I have learned alot about jewellery here. Grateful for that.

Dislikes

production manager is WORST. he only knows how to torture ppl under him. he will be very sweeet on your face but behind your back he will be snakes.. anaconda. idk why management keep such person. they oinly wake up when sumone resigns. company do not have good environment. always a gossip centre managment ppl are more illiterate than the employs hr doesnt think of empluys
