They dont pay salaries but want you to achieve targets. Unfit manager, she has zero skills fit for nothing No process, they are good at showing stars in the day.

No one is skilled so they cannot judge you

Dislikes

Since the management is not skilled they hire and force you to work and once you quit they don’t pay you. Even when you are working they pay you once in 3 to 4 months

There's been great support from the senior management. They push you to develop your skill sets and keep working simultaneously. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

There's no compensation or benefits for some of the branches. Other than that everything is fine. There's no work pressure.
