Not Much, Timely Salary few HR's are good

Dislikes

Worst micro-management policy they use multiple tools to monitor employees movement, system time track etc.. Even to go to the restroom you have to pass access doors and cameras that will track you in real-time in a tool. You feel like you are in a jail No HR will say about the micro management

No work-life Balance you will be monitored all the times they will take control of your phone too for installing productivity apps

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Dislikes

As long as deployed company is having contract with them they will keep your employment is alive, Bench is not there is Disys.No talks about appraisal.
