It's really good company. Easy balance the work life. My teams is very easy to work flexibility. Only at the time application release/update time want to work extra time. Risk is very less.

Dislikes

Want to do the different kind of technology and submit that course certificate each an every quertly/halfly.Baaed on certificate they calculate the employee appraisal.

Politics are more . Management is very poor, threatening the people with personal grudge. Blame the team without proper justifications. Not qualified people in management.

Dislikes

No job security, Management will think to remove the resources from company they will show silly reasons and send them out. Always political. No space for sincerity and hard work. Regional feeling is more. Manager never appreciate always blame with silly reasons.

No Job security, manager don't have management skills, Always with personnel grudge, If you are puppet for manager no need to work at all.

The people don't know meaning of IT, they are working as managers and behaving like CEO of the organisation, Manager don't know about ITIL process certification working as manager

If people are puppet for manager , they will win the race always. People who looks for project success or organisational growth, no value for them.
