There is no Job Security 1.Partners have their own decision to take trips if any trips is in avoidable situations from support team making pressure to give On route or else they will make penalty 200 /suspend 2.There is no support for B2C specially in night time. If we are facing any difficulties there is no support *pick up location wrong- Unable to update Reached pickup. due to no support. customer is urging to move.As per driveu policy its considered as personal trip and making 500 Penalty *After taking the Bookings Customer is not responding support team forcing to reach pick up location and wait until pick up time and taking minimum of 30min to 60 min to cancel the bookings.It has to be change due to the high booking flow unnecessarily partner is waiting a long time and affected their earnings *Some of the customer is behaving rude while updating Ticket no actions taken and no supports receiving on time. supposed to wait for a long time WHY DONT DRIVEU allows partner rating to customers. It may helps PARTNER to work smooth *KM charges and waiting charges never ever added since am working with driveU more than 5 years.for 2 kms same charges even its 100 kms same charges. *There is no waiting charges added. When we reached the customer location (REACHED PICKUP)customer taken more than a booked hours additional time waiting not even added for a single time * One way drops allows partner to drop the destinations only. when customer is using PARTNERS to the opposite direction means there is no any addition charges added like PIT stop DRIVEU is Friendly use for customer and the Managements only not for PARTNERS DRIVEU not even cares there PARTNERS Most of the days we left home without any earnings due to bookings flow not well. at the moments at least support for Minimum Guaranty of earnings 200 INR for the day of expenses if the partner Loging hours is more than 6 hours Rainy surge can provide if weather conditions is bad As a PARTNER would like to say the current Management is not good comparing before 1 year...Read More
