In my 11 yr career there is so much knowledge i have gained with a good working culture. Every year there is good increamnetal growth in aprisal. Full compensation in any accident or medical issues. Leave policy is good. Various programm conduct for employee enhancement . Good work culture. Timely salary and increment. So its good company

Coooperative Staff and good HR policies. Have solid reputation in their one/two oldest businesses.

Dislikes

Promoter level fueds, commodity business, high level of debt and over diversification in many businesses.

Work Details

Not so good. Frustration of management has gone down the line in deteriorating work culture. Lot of good people are leaving due to this. High attrition rates especially among new joinees who failed to adjust in this environment.

I am working as a manager in ductile iron pipe plant in electrical and instrument maintenance department. My job responsibility is daily maintenance work management, material management,preventive maintenance planning improve machine efficiency.
