The horrible face of Indian corporate is shown in ERA infra. The salary is delay minimum 3 to 4 months but it may go beyond 7 months. PF deducted from salary will not be submitted. When you resign from company, you will have to leave minimum 4 months salary. They never pay full and final.

I haven't a Penny of satisfaction in working here, no job security, no salary on time, no confirmation even after completing a year, horrible working environment, no fixed time for return to home from office.

Team mates were good But company culture and salary issues were high. Even I left my bonus and 2 months salary since they don't bother to pay it.
