One good thing about excelacom is it has good working environment and weekend off.

I got into excelacom through campus placement and have been told that i will be given a business analyat role which i even wanted for. But later on, the organisation pressured and made me work as a plsql developer. I was asking for mang ijp's but then they dint offer. Another bad thing is they have bond for 3 years. This 2017, the organisation stopped paying the employees saying company was at crisis and they looted the retention bonus of our batch (2016) joinees saying us to go out of the company and that we are not anymore a part therefore they cannot pay us the bonus too. But to bring it to notice, the retention bonus was taken from our salary by deducting 5000 per month for 18 months....Read More
