This company started focus more towards product rather than process. So the technical people will have good opportunity compare to other support functions

Salary not review for the last two years

Work Details

Can't predict the work. The management keep changing their goals with out bothering the results of previous task/goals. The vision or mission not casecaded to the middle or bottom level employees. Hence we frequently run behind the top level executives.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
