It's an excellent company to work with. Company culture and the values are always awesome . Bonus factor is excellent.

Bureaucracy. Managers and TL 's treat you like a puppet. You should not open your mouth infront of them. What ever they say you should nod your head and go then only we can happily survive there. Worst part is micro management. The pay is very less camparing to the work load we have . They don't give any respect to your educational qualifications. There is no growth in this company,the people who like to do the same work for their entire life can go for this.
