No policies for employee all polices for employer and also the worst part is loyalty bonus and food component(this is mandatory and food cost is 60,000 PA, either you having there food of not that amount will detect from you CTC) Loyalty bonus is another component that you will get 1 year later(Ex : financial year 2017-18 bonus u will get in 2019 march and every year your that component will increase as per management.)if you leave or organization fired the people he will not get that amount(min LB is 1.50 lac PA). Organization notice period is 3 month but if they fired that is only 1 Month....Read More
