There's nothing good about the company to tell about, the exception is that people like us meet there and make it's environment a little friendly. You'll be made to work as a S.L.A.V.E not as an employee.

It was really embarrassing to tell my college mates and family members about the working culture, benefits, and learning experience in this company which was really terrible. This company has a policy that will attract you to apply for a job in this company but exceptionally those are followed. This company has quarterly increment policy bit in this 1 year including me, none of my colleagues got increment</mark>. Working in this company really be bitterest and even when some kind of manager doesn't have programming knowledge of some certain domain and he starts a useless debate in that. The work culture and the atmosphere was good. will have space to learn new things. Good thing is they give equal opportunities to all the employees and they are open in welcoming new technologies & innovations. They also give importance for the employees to rejoin.

Though they are a policy oriented company they should look at the employees as a human being. They are not employee friendly. They should concentrate on the performance improvement of the employees rather than making them to concentrate on following the policies and procedures of the companymark>. Though company name is popular outside but internally work culture, strictness, promoter driven company, no freedom to work. Even seen senior level people struggling to work with freedom. Lots of things are hidden, people only come to know once they join. No transparency of commission, policies etc. ff5e4;"> Above all, appraisal are very satisfactory, only half of the commissions are given rest are kept for year end but that to postponed many times</mark>. No freedom of even going out of office during lunch hour. If ones goes out that time is excluded in your total working hours. Their strict policies does not allow sit and think for 5 minutes or plan.
