I love the fact of being in a team where my manager was good and supportive.

The management is not good. The HR department is not ready to listen to the problems of the employees. There is no job security for the employees. The induction for the employees can be much better than what they provide. There is no scope for learning, for career growth. From the day WFH began, the management did not think about the work life balance, rather tried to increase the productivity by working all the 6 days in a week</mark>.
