Love the culture - everyone is really keen to help and go to the extra mile to get things done. Great work life balance, the company adopts a hybrid working model but most teams work async and many employees are fully remote as they live too far away from the nearest office. Good collaboration tools to work with people from the other side of the globe.

Dislikes

Better benefits would be great to have, in particular higher wellness plafond and work from home benefits too like coworking reimbursement. Also, not all countries get a pension scheme.
