There is no retirement in this Company. Post retirement many Senior Citizens continue their job as a consultant. Most of the persons working here more than 20-30 years. 8 Hrs job just like live life king size. Mediclaim facility, PF deduction available, Health Checkup and 40 leaves available in a year. No work pressure for marketing team as company has in house business of Asian paints

Dislikes

Basically depends upon WhatsApp Group messages as official working platform. No new technologies, machineries and equipment. More than 20 years old machines are available in plants. Working with Old out dated concept with old and poor mind set with poor working culture. No scope for young ideas and concepts. Most of the plants are very old and in poor condition except few latest plants. Very less customer base as they have their own Asian paints Business. No body takes care about the ownership of his work, so each department blames other one. After having Big Business and Old Company in Paint bucket & FMCG product moulding very less people know about it....Read More
