Production and handling of Cyanide and products are very critical. Company and all working peraons have imbibed the safety at topmost priority. Also, company's efforts in field of environmental development and its preservation is commendable.

I like the company as there is a prectical approach to learn Tally prime , accounts , Banking etc , stock control, drafting , email , etc.

Dislikes

There is a pot culture of Delay in payment of salary . No Statutory benefit like PF, esi , CL , appointment letter in the company . They shout to staff if minor mistakes arises ..Sometime they use slang words to staffs .
