Dislikes

Completely politics, they are not giving minimum respect and response to employees. At the time of starting they are saying we will provide incentives according to your work. But they are giving half the incentive and again double Pf amount will be deducted from salary. My basic salary is 8000 rupees but there are deducted nearly 3000 rupees.

Work Details

Regarding patients relation, I want to follow up the patients to pay amount.

It was a good experience, I really liked the work but there were no holidays otherwise everything was good.

Dislikes

There were no holidays and sometimes we feel stressed when there is a lot of work.

Work Details

We have inbound and outbound calls and also the reference callings etc. It's a team work. There are many callings like POT callings , cheque callings, renewal callings . Our work is to call patients and ask about there health take appointments if needed.
