Single point contact is there but that point of contact is overloaded and which results the abusing the staff

Dislikes

Everyday we get abusing langauge from management just because of delayed in project due to consignees. They never pressure consignee for the approvals of any drawings bor any make but at eleventh hour they just abuse very badly to employees to get the things done in very less time
