Toxic work culture, managers and seniors flirts and helps good looking female employees, promotions , appraisal and bonus are decided on the basis of flattery and good looks and how much the managers are satisfied by the aforesaid things. Seniors helps juniors new comers on the basis of their flattery and good looks. Work is nothing but only copy pasting.
