There are many reasons to dislike About the company first there pay scale is not equal they will provide the new joining pay scale according to 3 years experience persons and still expect to work with low pay scale in the company. The company motoo for work is only buttering and buttering your work is what you have done will be never appreciated until you throws any resign. The people are more involved in your personal life rather then the professional life. They want that you should go to their homes and do the works of there houses. Even the company are doing well they will cry on the employees face and says that we haven’t done that much this year. This from office work. Even if you are trying to work as site engineer there life are worst the company will treat you as a majdoor they will call you and say please manage but there will be any error during activities the company will terminate you without any notice period without any facility. The people are there because they are stuck there and no longer growth are present there because the team leads are having none knowledge and will tell you to do things in such ab idiotic manner as possible<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. There is only one point that can make you happy is that the salary will be provided you on the fix date</mark>.
