If you are thinking to work here mark my words it's not same as it was before as Aetna was there now since the medibuddy have joined this Vhealth it's worst. Don't apply for service delivery as there is alot of favouritsum is there and growth is nill if you are not connected to higher department. Only few people run the department other then that all are pupput of VP.

It was a horror which lasted for 15 months during my initial career days

Dislikes

Everything was horrific in this company. Employees were asked to stretch after working hours because daily sales target not achieved on a particular day. After lunch the team leader would shout at employees who had not made a sale or who were lagging in monthly targets. Was forced to work on Sundays national holidays.
