Best seller is good company they are providing good salary package, But you can't expect fast growth there was only one position after your promotion.so can't see my future over there that's why I was left from there.

Growth plan is very slow.

jack and jones is really a great platform for people who are intersted in retail sector. one will get a healthy work environment for work . Moreover there is an application named awaaz where assignments are provided to employees after every week. Growth is slow . i have seen that so many emloyees are still stagnant at their position . But at one point everyone wants to aachieve certain position . This is why company is at risk of loosing its crucial elements.
