kalyan jewellers is a good company but some pepule it has become bad, Earlier the seniors here were good, but when new seniors have come like Zonal and CGM, their style of working is very bad, only and only work, no limit to the work and target pressure...... omg.... too much, no give weekly leave properly and other leave also, i know there is pressure every company, but now i feel like this company too bad, there is only one reason for this, and that is the new seniors here ! it has been 4 years since the all office inverter broke down but it hase not been repaired yet, it is very dificult to work in the office during summers. if this continues, many people will leave their jobs along with me....Read More

Good in Charity works. Working atmosphere is good. I like the teamworking style with my colleagues. Good in staff welfare (Insurance policies for staffs and his family.)

Dislikes

I don't like the restriction for grooming beard for office staff. The promotions and salary incriment is taking too much time. There is no cafeteria in the office for refreshments for office staffs. Required a outdoor trip atleast once in a year. Required fun activities to reduce the work pressure of the staffs....Read More
