I like nothing bequase there was no good food to eat and one think i want to add that there no respect of temporary worker from permanant worker

Nothing much to like. Only salaries are always in time. Had less business but MD never talked about problem to find solution despite off knowing the fact he kept blaming sales team. Pathetic thinking.

MD shold apply his mind to take any decision instead of listing others and take decision based others comment. . . Management does not address issue properly. Internal politics Plant level politics Plant shold always be customer focused. Internal meeting should be avoided some time for customer. Factory manager intend not to cater domestic customer resulting in poor business performance in plastic division. After puting this point to MD he is not at all bother about this and alway kept blaming sales team....Read More
