My current working product Digital business loan. Our VP Ujwala S Yalgudri is unknown about the knowledge transfer and people management. It is utterly shit to work in this product under Ujwala. Leave issue, Favouritism, Lack of Communication, Discrimination about the Language and Location we work on, Tone used to speak with Employees, no knowledge about company policy, pressurized work environment even when there is less application, No freedom to share thoughts, Politics as usual.
