We can learn lot of new things of our won,

Dislikes

We cant get enough time to learn even though lot of things available, No proper management structure. Work Distribution is less, Company fully Depends on Single Employee who ever handling the projects, No proper guidance will be there, For freshers its like Heaven , For experienced its not good
