Very good place to work. Seniors are very helpful.

Dislikes

Some employees are taking advantage of good management people. Some of the associates are torturing to new colleagues. But, the management is not taking any action on them. Management should terminate these people who don't have sense about how to talk to others or seniors. Also, promotion policy is very bad. Those who are not patent agent and not even master’s degree, they are managing associate. Those are working with good quality of work, no appreciation in terms of words/ monetary.
