Very good place to work.lots of technical learning as well as other training. Employee friendly policies and healthy environment for everyone. Hr admin also do their work sincerely

Dislikes

Annual appraisal was not much appreciable for me and my batch mates. Salary was lowest in industry. No promotion even after 4 yrs of conformation. But now things have improved a lot with payscale revision, pli etc

Lots of learning for operation engineers. Good guidance from senior personnel. Also local market is good for a satisfying living in day to day life
