The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. All employees are working as family. Also I like employee re-here policy here.

Dislikes

Company is decent but growth is too slow. Work pressure is very high, mostly I have to work 12-15 hrs in a day. Manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I have to travel more than two site every month which effecting my health as due different climate.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have look commissioning of products as well as manage day-to-day plant operation. As long as I get to work closely with client , it will be a great learning experience.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
