work and learning is very good beginners. managers are very friendly and ready to teach any topic to any level timings and shifts are very good. having free food at lunch and dinner. All components level testing's, durability testing , seat protos are done here and we visit at anytime

work need extend many times due to responsibility's .

Company policies are employee centric... international Lear policies are really good... Responsible employer... India HR team don't have control on technical team...you will get good hikes if you are very close to your manager.

Dislikes

Sick management... Technical person running the india business...micro management... India management didn't care about Lear international policies...there was fight erupted between 2 employees due to work pressure in bhosari design centre...
