The best thing about lollypop is the people you'll work with. From design graduates to people who transitioned from different careers you'll find everyone here who's very sweet and a great partner to collaborate with.

Dislikes

There are a lot less lead designer so the opportunity to learn from them goes down. You get paid less than the market standards and there are smaller studio's which will pay you better. No remote/ hybrid flexibility offered in 2023 also. Work life balance is terrible.
