There is nothing at all to like about the company, it’s just a Laala Company.

Dislikes

They will destroy your career once you accept their offer and put down your paper in current company. No proper management, no one to manage the office in short I haven’t seen such a mess inside any company. The worst part is HR specially Tanishka and other’s people they will follow up on you to join ASAP as they have follow their deadline and once you’re in no one care what you’re doing, are you reporting to the office or not. Really such pathetic company that has no corporate environment and they don’t even care to improve it....Read More

There is nothing to like about this company. Dreaming of competing with Zomato and Swiggy. It's like Alto comparing with Ferrari

Dislikes

Worst and ill-behaved managers. Attitude is on different level and they don't know how to behave and they expect you to upscale Magicpin more than Zomato and Swiggy. Overall I would suggest go and look for a different organization to work for...This is by far the worst startup with no clear picture and roadmap.

Company allows you to work from front at any project they are running and you feel valuable there, but you will get nothing except value

1). Your role is not define when they have work in sale they put you in that or when they have work in backend they put you in backend. 2). Every month they change teams , shuffle all the employee in inside department so that you won't bond with your team members. 3). Hr told you to they offer Saturday Sunday off but they don't, even timings are not as per they said it's around 11 hour a day if you work in revenue department or inside sales 4). No appraisal at all even they have 2 appraisal in a year , for first appraisal they told you "we won't give appraisal in 6 month" on second appraisal they make you team lead but not on paper just for a show. 5). No manager and team lead involvement there...Read More
