Everything there is no proper communication we have to do field sales till 12am and it started at 10am morning office and do calls afternoon 1pm we have to go on field daily targets no office only one small room no corporate culture worst organization

Totally fraud company, they are doing fraud with their employees and merchant as well. Work pressure is very high they will not let you sleep You will receive calls continuously while driving also if you are not able to achieve daily targets. There is literally nothing that I'm happy say that I liked about the company apart from learning by my own and by the unprofessional insults the superiors have expressed.

Terrible work culture. Micromanagement at its worse. CEO himself verifies the eligibility of an associate in the company (which terrible looking at the value of the company) No job security (And this is not only after u have served or a year or so, but they have a rule of 21day training and people who fail in the training evaluation is kicked out mercilessly) No work life balance (I've worked from 6am to 1am on days) Exhausting targets (They have everyday targets and they make you work even on weekends if you fail to complete the target)...Read More
