There is nothing to like about Manipal Technologies. it seems like the owner of this company does not know how the company should run. this is with my personal experience at Manipal, please do not join the organization. you will lead a happy life elsewhere not at MTL

It may be clear if i add dislikes in points:- 1. Job security is NIL, Hard work is not appreciated at all, the mid senor level butters their bosses and this is how they are being appraised and not the junior level 2. There is no work culture the HOD says we have to work as a team but they do not actually know what team work actually is. 3. due to COVID - 19 they have done a pay cut 50% for only selected staff and to be honest those selected staffs PA income is ranged btw 1Lakh and 2.50 Lakh Only including mine. and for the other staffs i.e. Manager and above level their pay was cut only 10- 20% where as their P.M salary is ranged Btw. 80,000 to 2Lakh Per Month. 4. Too much of politics in the company. no growth, no advanced technology being implemented. 5.This company is a big fraud.! 6. and Much More Please note this is a very genuine review and i do not hold any grudges with that cheap class company as i do have some standards which is higher than the company they say lasting impressions and i say LOL!...Read More
