Mashreq does not have promotion policy, hence the salary also will be increased up to certain level. with 100% work from home, management tend to think we are not utilized enough and will lead to overwork

Benefits of the company are really great! Get outsiders for skill development, They pay good shift allowance, interest free loan upto 2 lakhs. Internet expense incurred, etc..

I personally have not got much opportunity to explore much of the work i do because of tight schedule. Minimum one will have to invest 11 hours for BAU alone.

As all knows from March pandemic started and lock down also started branches are closing in this situation mashreq asking me my performance and not confirmed my employment. But form the date of joining andtill my last working day I worked with mashreq but they only check performance not count my effort hard work support towards the customer. Am very disappointed with mashreq employee care.
