Freedom to take up any work, great learning opportunities, smart people, good culture.

Dislikes

1- no process do not ensure fair review or appraisal 2-Top leadership control every aspect of feature to minute details. I'm such cases no need to have multiple level of hierarchy as no one can put any point against them. Lead PM, Director of Product, AGM everyone becomes redundant in such case.

Stuck with Low Salary!

Hi All, Need your suggestions / advice : I had joined an MNC 6 years back as Fresher with salary of 3.18 LPA. In last 6 years, got 2 promotions and currently working as Team Lead with 10LPA. I am not satisfied with salary and somehow feel it's not appreciating my efforts with such low salary. How to change mindset for switching jobs? Or what should be done?
