I worked there for more than a year. Initially things were good but gradually it got worse. No employee was given salary on time. Sometimes it took even two months. Highly poor management. work satisfaction, because I literally love my job location of the organisation Skill development multitasking Flexibility

Dislikes

No fix timing unorganized system no manager,no hierarchy level, directly deal with org head No appreciation, no bonus,no benefit work struck because the system is not standardize and work instructions keep changing

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
